Retainer Fee
A non - refundable retainer fee is required to secure your event date. Your event is not confirmed until the retainer has been received. The retainer will be applied toward your total balance.
Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid in full 24 hours prior to your event
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled event time. Each booking includes one (1) reschedule. Any additional changes will require a new booking and a new retainer fee.
Guest Count
Final guest count must be confirmed 48 hours prior to event. Any changes may affect pricing and availability. Sweet perfections is not responsible for accommodating additional guests beyond confirmed number.
Event Setup Requirements
The host is responsible for providing all tables and chairs needed for the event setup unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
Arrival & Setup
Sweet Perfections will arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled event time to complete setup.
Travel Fee
A travel fee applies to events located more than 30 minutes from 46229 (Indianapolis, IN) to ensure we can provide the the same high - quality setup and experience no matter the distance. Events 30-60 minutes from 46229: $25-$50
Events more than 60 minutes from 46229: A higher fee may apply; this will be determined and communicated at the time of booking. The final travel fee will be confirmed and included in your total event cost before your booking is finalized.
Damage & Liability
The host assumes responsibility for any damage to equipment or materials caused by guests during the event. Sweet Perfections is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or damages that may occur during the event.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Client are responsible for informing Sweet Perfections of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to the event. While precautions may be taken, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Right to Refuse Service
Sweet perfections reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, inappropriate, or violate agreed -upon terms.
