Retainer fee is non-refundable. Remaining balance is due 24 hours before start of Cake Decorating Party or party will be forfeited. If party destination requires more than 30-minute travel time from 46229, a $35 travel fee will be added. Party reservation closes 8 days prior to interested date. Any changes to must be made 72 hours before party and remaining balance due 24 hours before party.
